Well I have finally gotten off my backside and create the blog I have been meaning to create for some time now. Nothing like ticking off those jobs on life's list that you never seem to get around to.
Tonight I've been playing with Tweetdeck. I have been trying to find an easy way to manage Twitter and FB at work and this looks like it might do the job. Rather than being browser based like Flock it is its own programe. Might load it up at work and try it out there.
Started yoga again this morning after some time away due to study. This must be like the 257th time I have started yoga again. All I really want is to have a consistent Ashtanga practice. The question is what price am I willing to pay. That would be one of my points if I ever had a manifesto 'Everything comes at a cost - whether you get it or not depends on whether you are willing to pay' I suppose I should come to practice with an attitude of non-attachment. If I am meant to start again i will. It is a matter of learning those lessons that come from this.
