I have been busy over the last week trying to get uni assignments in. I always seem to be rushing to get them in on time. I have vowed for the next 2 due that I will plan them a bit better so I am not working so hard to get them to make sense. Planning essays was one of the first things I had studied but I seem to have let that lesson slide a bit.
As a consequence of my time/space problems, yoga has slipped a bit over the week. I missed yesterday morning as I had been up late the last 2 nights previous getting my assignment done. I am still working on Sury A. With a bit more time on my hands this week its time to introduce Sury B.
Master T popped in this morning as I was practising and asked if he could do some yoga with me. Good to see that he is interested in joining in. Trying to explain Sury A to someone who has no idea what to do was interesting. Lets just say that the asanas were somewhat different to what you might find in a book. This reinforced to me how difficult being a yoga teacher must be. Demonstration is a must when trying to explain what you mean.
