Up at 5.30 this morning and did yoga. Practice wasn't much, just Sury A, but I still enjoyed it. Even though I had not practiced in a while I was still able to get my heels on the ground. I have been told that muscles have a memory and if you can achieve something with your body a few times that the body will remember how to do it. Finished with a modified finishing and a some meditation (chanting Om). I find it a nice way to finish and a good way to get set for the rest of the day.
